The infrared light bulb itself is really good for the price and the lamp holder is just a bonus. The light bulb looks like a real deal, it's strudy and made of good materials, the light shines really bright and warm, feels good on the skin, I recommend it. But the holder's clamp is made of weak plastic, which break easily, but It doesn't really matter because the light bulb itself is worth the whole price and even more
